During the advancement of household photovoltaic projects, similar problems were encountered in many places. Therefore, this article will explain the two standards mentioned in the National Energy Administration's reply and the origin of 25% and when they were cancelled.
Household photovoltaic capacity, which does not exceed the requirement of 25% of the capacity of the connected transformer, comes from the national grid enterprise standard implemented on May 6, 2011: Q/GDW617-2011.
