Organization Management
The Sichuan Electric Power Enterprise Association is responsible for selecting designated training institutions, supervising the implementation process of training examinations of various institutions, formulating examination plans and test questions, and issuing management certificates.
Under the supervision of the Association, the designated training organization is responsible for the registration of the electric professional skills post examination, the examination of qualifications, the implementation of training, the organization of examinations, the establishment of training examination process files, and the collection of assessment and training fees.

Registration requirements
(1) Be at least 18 years old and not exceed the national legal retirement age.
(2) Passed the physical examination of the community or the medical institution at or above the county level, and has no organic heart disease, epilepsy, Meniere's disease, vertigo, hysteria, paralysis agitans, mental illness, dementia that hinder the professionalism of corresponding skills Disease, color blindness, hearing impairment, and other diseases and physical defects.
(3) Having junior high school education and above.
(4) Possess the necessary safety technical knowledge and skills.

(1) Registration information: application form for assessment, 2 recent 1-inch color photos without a hat and blue background, academic certificate (hukou can prove academic qualifications) and a copy of ID card. For specific registration methods, please contact the designated training institutions (see Annex 1).
(2) Examination. The examination is conducted in the form of closed-book written examinations, with on-site invigilator invigilators. After candidates have passed the exam, the designated agency will submit a list of qualified personnel to the Sichuan Electric Power Enterprise Association, and the association will issue a certificate based on the list.
(3) Training. According to the "Implementation Rules for the Examination and Certificate Management of Power Professional Skills of the Sichuan Electric Power Enterprise Association (for Trial Implementation)" (see Annex 2), the training time for each professional training shall not be less than 32 hours for those who participate in the examination and obtain evidence.
