During the operation of hydraulic oil, machine oil, cooling oil and other lubricating oils, moisture, gas, volatile substances and impurities will inevitably be mixed into the lubricating oil due to various reasons, accelerating the oxidation of the oil, and promoting foam, fouling and sludge. The formation of oil reduces the performance of oil lubrication, heat dissipation, dispersion, and cooling. At the same time, it causes rust and wear of metal parts and affects the normal operation of the hydraulic system, power system, and lubrication system. The RC-100 series oil filter can quickly remove water, gas, impurities and volatiles (gasoline, diesel, kerosene, etc.) in the oil. Improve oil quality, restore lubricating oil viscosity, flash point and performance. Ensure the normal operation of hydraulic system, power system, and lubrication system.
The oil filter is equipped with several precise oil filters in parallel with piping, and is equipped with a pump motor, vacuum gauge, pressure gauge, suction filter, electromagnetic switch, iron frame, etc. to form a filtering system, and is equipped with wheels for easy mobile use. It is suitable for centralized filtration or all kinds of mechanical rotation filtration of the same oil. The sources of pollutants in the system oil mainly include the following aspects:
1) Externally invading pollutants: The externally invading pollutants are mainly sand or dust in the atmosphere, usually invading the system through the air holes of the fuel tank, the sealing shaft of the oil cylinder, and the shaft of the pump and the motor. Mainly the impact of the use environment.
2) Internal contaminants: The contaminants remaining in the components during processing, assembly, commissioning, packaging, storage, transportation and installation. Of course, these processes cannot be avoided, but they can be reduced to a low level. Some special components are in the assembly and Debugging needs to be carried out in a clean room or clean bench environment.
3) Pollutants generated by the hydraulic system of the injection molding machine: particles generated by the wear of the components during the operation of the system, sand particles falling off from castings, metal particles falling off from pumps, valves, and joints, and corrosion and spalling in the pipeline. The particles and jelly produced by the oxidation and decomposition of the oil, and more serious, are the large amounts of impurities in the system pipelines that have not been flushed before the formal operation.
There are two ways to use this precision oil filter to filter:
1. Pump out the oil and filter, clean the dirt inside the oil tank, and then pour the filtered oil into the oil tank (one less time per year, if it is old oil, you must do this first)
2. Put the oil filter inlet pipe and the oil outlet pipe in the oil tank separately, the farther the better, and then start the oil filter. (The filtered machine can work normally)
