Main Features
1. Meets all on-site testing requirements. This instrument has standard four-phase voltage and three-phase current output, capable of testing various traditional relays and protection devices, as well as modern microcomputer protection devices, especially transformer differential power protection and automatic transfer switch devices, making testing more convenient and efficient.
2. All technical specifications fully meet the standards of DL/T624-1997 "Technical Conditions for Microcomputer-Based Relay Protection Testing Devices" issued by the Ministry of Electric Power.
3. Classic Windows XP operating interface, user-friendly and easy to operate; high-performance embedded industrial control computer and 8.4-inch TFT true-color display with a resolution of 800×600 provide rich and intuitive information, including the current operating status of the equipment and various help information.
4. The built-in Windows XP system has a recovery function to prevent system crashes caused by improper shutdown or misoperation.
5. Equipped with an ultra-thin industrial keyboard and optical mouse, allowing various operations to be performed via keyboard or mouse just like operating a regular PC.
6. The main control board adopts a DSP+FPGA structure with 16-bit DAC output, generating a high-density sine wave of 2000 points per cycle for the fundamental frequency, significantly improving waveform quality and enhancing the accuracy of the tester.
7. The power amplifier uses a high-fidelity linear amplifier, ensuring both accuracy under low current and stability under high current.
8. It communicates directly with a PC via USB interface, requiring no adapter cables for ease of use.
9. It can be connected to a laptop (optional) for operation. The laptop and industrial control computer use the same software, eliminating the need for relearning the operating methods.
10. It features GPS synchronization testing functionality. The device can have a built-in GPS synchronization card (optional) connected to a PC via RS232 port, enabling remote synchronous testing between two testers.
11. It is equipped with an independent dedicated DC auxiliary voltage source output, with output voltages of 110V (1A) and 220V (0.6A). This provides power to relays or protection devices requiring DC operating power.
12. It has a software self-calibration function, which avoids the need to open the chassis and adjust the potentiometer to calibrate the accuracy, thus greatly improving the stability of the accuracy.
