Key Features
1. Meets all on-site testing requirements. The instrument features standard six-phase voltage and six-phase current outputs, with 125V/phase voltage and 30A/phase current. Paralleling the six current phases allows for an output of up to 180A.
It supports testing for both traditional relays and protection devices as well as modern microprocessor-based protection systems; it is particularly convenient and effective for testing transformer differential protection and automatic
bus-transfer devices.
2. All technical specifications fully comply with the DL/T624-1997 standard, "Technical Conditions for Microprocessor-based Relay Protection Test Devices," issued by the Ministry of Electric Power.
3. Features a classic Windows XP operating interface that is user-friendly, simple, and efficient. Equipped with a high-performance embedded industrial control computer and an 8.4-inch TFT true-color display (800×600 resolution), it provides rich, intuitive information, including the device's current operating status and various help details.
4. The built-in Windows XP system includes a recovery function to prevent system crashes caused by improper shutdowns or operational errors.
5. Equipped with an ultra-thin industrial keyboard and an optical mouse, allowing operations to be performed just like on a standard PC.
6. The main control board utilizes a DSP+FPGA architecture with 16-bit DAC output. It can generate high-density sine waves with 2,000 points per cycle for the fundamental frequency, significantly improving waveform quality and testing accuracy.
7. The power amplifier employs a high-fidelity linear design, ensuring both accuracy at low currents and stability at high currents.
8. Uses a USB interface for direct communication with a PC—eliminating the need for adapter cables—for convenient operation.
9. Can be operated via a connected laptop (optional). The laptop runs the same software as the industrial control computer, so no new training is
required.
10. Supports GPS-synchronized testing. An optional internal GPS synchronization card allows connection to a PC via the RS232 port, enabling synchronized testing
between two units at different locations.
11. Includes an independent, dedicated auxiliary DC voltage source with outputs of 110V (1A) and 220V (0.6A). ...for use by relays or protection
devices requiring a DC power supply.
12. Features a software self-calibration function, eliminating the need to open the chassis and adjust potentiometers for calibration, thereby significantly enhancing accuracy
stability.
